Rectangular Serving Plate in Red and Yellow

Same shape and idea as our blue-and-yellow version, but with a completely different energy. Our artisans in Vietri sul Mare shape this rectangular plate by hand, glaze it with food-safe enamels, and paint the pattern freehand. It measures about 40 cm with a glossy finish.

The design splits the plate on a diagonal. One half is covered in cheerful yellow polka dots on a white background — each one slightly different in size and shade because they are brushed on individually. The other half has a bold red grid pattern, like a hand-drawn gingham check, where the lines cross at loose angles. The red is a true warm red, not orange, and the contrast against the yellow dots is strong and happy.

It works well for serving sushi, antipasti, bruschetta, or anything you want to present in a line. The rectangular format is practical for a dinner table and it also makes a good wall piece if you want something modern and graphic in your kitchen.
