Salt and Pepper Shaker Set with Flowers

Our sale e pepe — salt and pepper set — comes as two small rounded shakers nestled in a heart-shaped ceramic caddy with a handle in the middle. Each shaker is painted freehand with a different flower: one has a yellow sunflower with brown centre and green leaves, the other a bold red poppy. The tops are glazed in yellow, the handle in deep blue, and there's a blue band inside each well of the caddy.

The shakers have a nice weight to them — they feel solid without being heavy. The dispensing holes on top are small enough to give you good control over how much salt or pepper comes out. The caddy handle makes it easy to carry the whole set to the table in one hand.

People buy these for everyday use, but they also make a thoughtful gift. The floral design is cheerful without being fussy, and the size is just right for a kitchen table or a countertop next to the stove. The glaze is food-safe and wipes clean easily.

Handmade and hand-painted by our artisans in Vietri sul Mare. Because every flower is brushed on freehand, each set has its own small character — a petal slightly wider here, a leaf angled differently there.
