Wall Plate with Praiano Landscape

Our Brando wall plate is something a little different — instead of the traditional fruit or floral patterns, it shows a hand-painted landscape of Praiano, the village where our shop has been since 1960. You can see the white and ochre houses with their terracotta roofs cascading down the hillside, the church bell towers, green terraces, the winding coastal road, and the blue sea stretching out to the cliffs beyond. At the top of the plate, a branch of lemons hangs down into the scene. The word "Praiano" is written along the bottom.

The rim is a soft teal-green, and the whole scene is painted freehand on the 30 cm plate — no printing, no transfers. Our artisans in Vietri sul Mare work from the landscape they know well, painting each building and tree by hand. The light blue sky, the Mediterranean water, the green of the hillside — it all captures the feeling of standing on the coast road and looking down at the village.

Customers who have visited Praiano love this plate as a keepsake. It's a genuine piece of the Amalfi Coast to take home — not a souvenir from a factory, but something made by hand in the same tradition we've kept for over sixty years.

Because each plate is individually painted, the details will vary slightly. One artisan might add an extra tree, another might shift the church tower a touch. That's what keeps these pieces honest and real.
