Handpainted Lemon Pizza Plate

A proper pizza plate — about 33 cm across, flat and wide, with a low raised rim to keep everything on the plate. Our artisans in Vietri sul Mare make each one on the wheel and paint it entirely by hand, freehand, without stencils.

The design is a ring of lemons on a deep cobalt blue background, with green leaves and vines curling between each fruit. The centre is left white with a bright yellow band around it, giving the pizza (or whatever you're serving) a clean stage. The blue rim ties it all together. It's the same lemon-and-blue palette that's been part of Amalfi Coast ceramics for generations.

At 33 cm, it's sized for a standard pizza but also works well as a dinner plate or a serving plate for antipasti, cheeses, or sliced fruit. The flat profile and raised edge make it practical for everyday use.
