Ceramic Coffee Cup and Saucer with Lemons

A ceramic tazza da caffe — coffee cup — with its matching saucer. Both pieces are painted in the same Praiano lemon pattern: bright yellow lemons with green leaves on a teal-green sponged background. The cup has a small looped handle glazed in the same green, and the saucer carries the lemon motif right across its centre.

The cup is sized for an Italian-style coffee — a cappuccino or a caffe latte, not a large American mug. It sits well in the hand and the handle gives a comfortable grip. The saucer is wide enough to rest a small spoon or a biscuit alongside the cup. Both pieces are glazed inside with clean white.

We sell these individually, so you can buy as many as you need. A lot of customers start with two and come back for more, or mix them with other pieces from our Praiano Collection — the plates, the limoncello set, the bowls. They all share the same lemon-on-green palette, so they work well together on a table.

Handmade and hand-painted by our artisans in Vietri sul Mare. The glazes are food-safe. Because the lemons are painted freehand, each cup will have its own small differences — a leaf turned slightly, a lemon a touch rounder. That's normal and expected with handmade ceramics.
