Fruit Wreath Wall Plate

A circular wreath of fruit fills this 30 cm wall plate — lemons, purple grapes, oranges, red apples and lemons again, all arranged in a ring around a deep blue centre. Our artisans in Vietri sul Mare paint the entire design freehand, working their way around the plate with green leaves and curling stems connecting each cluster of fruit.

The yellow outer rim is decorated with delicate green vine tendrils and leaf scrolls. The blue centre has a mottled, hand-brushed texture that gives it depth. The overall palette is warm and Mediterranean — lots of yellows, greens, blues and reds that sit well together without competing.

At 30 cm, it's a good mid-size plate for a wall display. It looks right in a kitchen, a dining room, or a hallway. Some people pair it with other plates from our fruit collection to create a wall grouping, while others let it stand on its own.

Every plate we sell is handmade in Vietri sul Mare and painted without stencils or transfers. If you notice that the grapes are a slightly different shade of purple or the lemons are a touch more golden — that's the work of a human hand, not a machine. Our family has been selling these from Praiano since 1960.
